1. What is My Bubba Box?

In a nutshell, My Bubba Box is a quarterly subscription service for awesome, busy parents. We deliver age-appropriate toys designed for your baby’s development.


2. What can I expect in my boxes?

Toys, books, puzzles, flashcards, games, teething accessories, handmade bibs to name a few. If there is something you’d like to see included in My Bubba Box, please let us know.


3. What is not included?

Samples*, food, clothing, cosmetics and skincare.

*Sponsored samples will be marked with a full disclaimer. My Bubba Box do not purchase sample sized products to include in our boxes.


4. How much does My Bubba Box cost? What are my subscription options?

We offer three simple plans to allow you to receive as much or as little as you want.

 Our current subscription plans are:

  • One-off box: $100 paid once

  • 6 month subscription: $190 prepaid ($95 per box)

  • 1 year subscription: $360 prepaid ($90 per box)


5. When will my box(es) ship?

When you subscribe, your box will ship in the first week of the next seasonal quarter (March, June, September, December). If you would like to receive something sooner, please let us know and we can arrange for a box to be dispatched immediately. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your box ships. If you have subscribed for 6 months or 1 year, subsequent boxes will ship in the first week of each seasonal quarter.

*If you have bought directly from the SHOP, your order will dispatch within 24 hours.


6. How long does shipping take?

Please allow between 1–7 business days for shipping. You will receive a tracking number each time a box is shipped.


7. Can I change my shipping address?

Of course! Drop us a line before boxes are shipped and we’ll ensure your box is sent to the right address.


8. Can I return my box?

My Bubba Box handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. If you have received a damaged, defective or otherwise unsatisfactory product, please reach out to us immediately so we can find an appropriate solution. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however our products do make great gifts!


9. How do I express interest in including my product in My Bubba Box? 

We are always looking for new and interesting products for our boxes. If you have something you think will be a great fit within My Bubba Box, reach out to us to get the conversation started.


10. Do you offer corporate gifting of My Bubba Box? 

Absolutely! My Bubba Box makes the perfect gift for an employee who is out or about to go on parental leave, to show them you’re thinking about them. Contact us to find out more.
